Due to high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partner is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

UK parcels will be sent via DPD- we ship all orders using a Next Day Delivery service however this cannot always be guaranteed, we therefore allow up to 3 days for delivery using out standard tracked service.
Tracking details will be sent via email after despatch.
There is a cut off time of 2pm for processing orders each day.
All order placed after 2pm (GMT) on a Friday will be processed the following Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a UK Bank Holiday)
For UK orders DPD will attempt to deliver to your delivery address at least 2 times, if they are unable to deliver on their final attempt, the order will be delivered back to our warehouse and the order will be refunded (less the original shipping cost). Novo Shoes UK cannot be held responsible for undelivered parcels due to customers not being available at their chosen delivery address.

If your item is Returned to Sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by yourself, you may be liable for additional postage costs.
